Toner and Ink Cartridges
More than just a refill
Thanks to our system solution, toner or printer cartridges which are damaged and/or cannot be refilled, will not end up being incinerated but will have been separated into different material batches after having passed our recycling process.
The technology at a glance:
- suitable for toner and ink cartridges, refill bottles for toner and ink ribbons
- in an inert atmosphere composite materials are disintegrated and ground by means of our Cross Flow crushing technology in order to avoid dust explosions
- material is crushed down to particles with a homogenous and arbitrarily defined grit size (>10 mm)
- closed system (material feeding, crushing and discharging) prevents the uncontrolled release of hazardous emissions
- maximum material purity as the toner powder is extracted after the crushing process
- choose between fully or partially automated and manual sorting steps
- plants consist of individual components which can be added or removed according to the specific requirements in each application
