The DIABOLO Cross Flow Shredder is the only crushing device available on the market at the moment that enables the low-wear and efficient comminution of glass fibre reinforced plastics. Being at the core of a complete treatment process, the DIABOLO provides the basis for the recovery of pure resources.

 

The technology at a glance:

  • suitable for rotor blades from wind energy plants, boats, piping, etc
  • pre-shredded materials (max. 1000 mm) are disintegrated and ground by means of our Cross Flow crushing technology
  • material is crushed down to particles with a homogenous and arbitrarily defined grit size (>10 mm)
    • maximum material purity as the plastic powder is extracted after the crushing process
    • choose between fully or partially automated and manual sorting steps
  • plants consist of individual components which can be added or removed according to the specific requirements in each application
